About Us

The Agricultural Company Cà Denina is a structured simple society, in which the associates are the brothers Grazia, Cesare and Francesco. The former, graduated in economy and commerce, takes care of the production, sales, and corporate structure. The latter, a veterinary Ph.D, cures the animals' wellness.

The Company is constituted of a bovine breeding, which produces milk destined to the production of Parmigiano Reggiano. It has got 50 hectares of land from which the forage necessary to the feeding of its bovines is harvested. All the milk produced is brought to the cheese factory where one of the owners, Dr. Grazia Cesare, works on the transformation.

This ancient and noble art is a legacy of his father and the uncle: the professionality and the experience of a cheese-worker are fundamental for the production of our Parmigiano Reggiano , which is characterized by the perfect structure and the sweet tasted that makes the Parmesan the king of cheeses.

Often can be found cheeses marked Parmigiano Reggiano that, even if structurally perfect, have a bitter taste : only the art of a good cheesemaker casaro can give a perfect taste to the cheese: The Parmigiano Reggiano of the Agricultural Company Cà Denina has reached this goal. Our objective is to give to our Parmigiano the sweetness that differences it from similar products. Our cheese is freshness and absolute genuinity at convenient prices.
